Agostina Ravazzola is a stop motion artist and set designer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She holds a degree in Image and Sound Design from the University of Buenos Aires, with a specialization in animation production. Her filmography includes three stop-motion short films: "Sembrar" (2022), post-produced at Open Workshop, officially selected at the Havana Film Festival; "Pixied" (2017), officially selected at the International Film Festival of Mar del Plata; and "El Puente," a graduation short premiered at BAFICI (2012). Other works include "Sin Luces" (2010), "Mofletes" (2018), and "Avestruz" (2017). Her professional career began in 2008 in the fields of VFX, motion graphics, and 2D animation, where she worked primarily in television and advertising. In 2012, she transitioned into live-action film and television production, working in different art department positions as draftperson, art director assistant, assistant set decorator, set dresser and set designer for recognized production companies as K&S films and Patagonik film group with renowned production designers from Argentina such as Daniel Gimelberg, Mercedes Alfonsin and Marcleo Salvioli. In 2022, Agostina shifted her career focus within the art department and worked as an assistant director on stop-motion commercials for the award-winning studio Can Can Club. She has participated twice in the Open Workshop residency at The Animation Workshop in Viborg, Denmark with her latest project Love Motion which is in development phase and also participated in many renowned latin labs such as Shortway, APA lab and SMOF. In 2025 she came back to live-action working for Ricardo Darin's production company Kenya films. She currently works across animation as an artist and live-action in a professional, commercial capacity.
